Barry has over 20 years experience in the property sector and is the Managing Director of Albany International. His wide-ranging expertise and specialist understanding of I.T. has been instrumental in establishing the groups’ fully computerised management & financial planning systems.

Barry plays a principal role in National & International marketing, residential investment, portfolios & investment potential evaluation worldwide.

Henry Selman has 50 years expertise in all aspects of the property development process, including fund-raising at all build levels. Particular knowledge and application of American construction techniques involving cost efficiency and fast-track are a further attribute to the success of the group.

After completing extensive Estate Management and Surveying studies Simmone joined Albany to manage all aspects of the business. Now, as a Director Simmone’s responsibilities range from overall construction control to build scheduling and budget management.

Laurence graduated from Imperial college with a first class degree in Mathematics and trained as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.  He is an experienced investment banker having worked for Barclays, RBC and NatWest and is a non-executive director of FIBI Bank (UK) plc.  He heads up the finance and accounting department at Albany.

Corinne obtained her degree in Marketing, Business and Human Resources from the University of North London. Following this, Corinne spent 3 years in Building Control before she joined the Albany Group in 2003 as Head of Lettings and Property Management.
