The Albany Group has teamed up with Galliard Homes to acquire the former Smiths Industries building on Finchley Road, London NW11.

A planning application is due to be submitted for a 100,000 sq ft development comprising 80 residential units plus commercial space and underground parking. The site, which is 1.58 acres, is adjacent to Albany’s “West Heath Place” development.
